1. Act acceptance
Unless explicit and written agreement by Advanced Mechanical Systems other purchase conditions that are indicated in the order will not be accepted.
2. Definition of the supply

3. Prices

4. Delivery deadlines

8. Documentation

9. Access rights

The supplier is committed to:

13. Environment
The supplier will control the activities or services with potential incidence on the environment and will commit to prevent contamination at all times. 14. Modifications and breaches of requirements

15. Validity of these conditions
The acceptance of this order by the supplier means the acceptance of all of these general conditions.
